Weber 7471001 Review: I owned a 3 burner Cook On from Barbeques Galore for years. I think that line has been called Captain Cook for quite some time but was called Cook On when I bought it over a decade ago. No problems with it and would recommend it if someone asked. This Weber is probably two notches up from that. I always wished I had more surface area and do now. The burners seem to cook very evenly from front to back. Haven't tried the infrared ...
